In 2025, Air Transat was voted the World’s Best Leisure Airline for the 7th time at the Skytrax Awards. This recognition fully reflects the company’s commitment to providing quality service, combining comfort, hospitality, and attention to detail, both on board and at the airport. This distinction adds to the award for Best Tour Operator in Canada at the Agent’s Choice Awards, presented by Baxter Travel Media

Transat obtained Travelife Partner status in 2016, in recognition of its commitment to sustainable development. By renewing its fleet with the most energy-efficient aircraft in its category, Air Transat is dedicated to fostering an environmentally responsible travel industry. Its new Airbus A321LR is a great example, consuming 15% less fuel and reducing NOx greenhouse gas emissions by 50% when compared with the previous aircraft generation.
